wanted to do a backyard renovation project. I've asked several contractors for quotes and I ended up choosing new era design because they offer good price and the contractor Alfredo was really easy to talk to.
My decision turned out to be a great one! Alfredo was really on point with the communication. I've had frustrations in communication with other contractors in my past experience, but not with him. Alfredo sent me a super detailed contract which describes the project work. He then did sync up call with me almost everyday to keep the project on track. During my project, there were a lot of rainy days, he would let me know in a timely manner if any schedule changed so I didn't get any surprise. If I had any request or change of
mind about the project, I simply call him and he always picked it up within 5 seconds (it almost feels unreal how he can be so responsive). He tries his best to accommodate my asks, which I appreciate!
The team delivered great work despite the unpredictable weather, as you can see from the before and after pictures. If you are looking for a company that does quality work with good price while offering great communication, I strongly recommend new era design. Now I can finally sit back and enjoy my beautiful backyard!
